The mum-of-three was in her element during the special episode of This Morning amid fan speculation that she's pregnant

HOLLY Willoughby has admitted she doesn't want to return to her job on This Morning after spending Wednesday's show on the maternity ward at St Thomas' Hospital.

The presenter met newborn baby Mei, who was born at 11:04 on Wednesday morning, and was visibly emotional as she cradled her.

The baby's father explained Mei was born by emergency caesarean and that her mother was still down in theatre.

Holly then asked if she could hold the little girl and became choked up as she proudly showed her to the camera.

She said: “I’m so happy, I can't tell you. I might change jobs.

“I met her in her first hour of life! Why can't it be me?”

Holding the baby to the camera, Holly explained: “She is not even an hour old.

“She is so special, so magical. [Looking down at the baby] I think I might be the second person to hold you.”

It comes just a day after This Morning fans questioned whether she expecting her fourth child after she turned down a shot of Tequila on the show.

Director of Midwifery Lynn Packanowski explained at the start of the show they had 29 women booked in, with six in labour.

Holly could barely contain her excitement as she walked around and met mothers in various stages of labour.

Her co-host Phillip Schofield stayed in the studio and presented the main show from there.

She showed viewers around the ward, admitting she’d had a water birth when she nipped in to see the facilities at the hospital, telling This Morning viewers: “I had Chester in the birthday pool, it best thing I ever did.”

During the special, Holly met her first baby, a tiny little girl who was born in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

The TV star gushed over the new mum and baby before telling Phil she didn’t think she’d be coming back to join him on the sofa.
