First look at Lorraine Kelly’s new workout DVD as the 57-year-old shows off her impressive figure

LORRAINE Kelly is back and looking better than ever in a sneak peek from her new fitness DVD.
The 57-year-old became a surprise fitness guru last year when she released her first DVD and now she’s followed it up Brand New You.
The DVD, which is out on Boxing Day, is based on the workout class she attends every week and features her best friend and the class instructor Maxine Jones.
Showing off her amazing figure the TV presenter can be seen jumping around on stage in front of a group of a group of women who are joining in the work out.
Speaking about her latest efforts Lorraine told the : “This is something that you can do at home, and I think that’s something that might help some people.”

And the star, who refused to have any of the photos for the DVD doctored to make her not look sweaty, added: “I was appalled when I heard that women were not exercising because a lot of them thought they’d look terrible, wearing the right gym gear or looking sweaty afterwards. I mean, don’t be daft!”
Lorraine also once again reiterated her dislike of dieting, saying: “You have to work at it, you have to do it without being on a diet.”
“I don’t believe in diets, because they don’t work. I've been on so many over the years. They make you miserable and the make you fat! So, what is the point?!”
Meanwhile Lorraine recently celebrated her 57th birthday by being serenaded by Craig David on her morning TV show.
The singer was among a number of stars who helped mark Lorraine's big day but went a step further by bursting into song.
Stars including Cliff Richard, the new judges on The Voice and the cast of Coronation Street filmed video messages for the TV veteran.
However, Craig called into the show and delighted Lorraine by singing Happy Birthday to her.
He serenaded her down the phone and she couldn't stop smiling as the pop star crooned away.
Craig also told her: "You look younger and younger every year. You are so amazing."
Lorraine was left flustered by his gushing comments, joking: "I have gone red-faced. I need a lie down."
