I’m A Celebrity fans question whether Scarlett Moffatt’s claustrophobia is genuine after pointing out her lift selfies
I'M A Celebrity fans have questioned whether Scarlett Moffatt's fear of cramped spaces is genuine - after drawing attention to her lift selfies.
The Gogglebox star was taking part in a Bushtucker Trial this evening and remarked on the fact that it could help her get over her fear of lifts.
But fans were left baffled after noticing that she often takes selfies in lifts with her boyfriend Luke Crodden.
On tonight's show, Scarlett was told that she would be facing Cavern of Claws for her final trial.
Ant and Dec revealed that this would entail going into a cave, lying on her back and being sealed inside.
She would then have five minutes to to find five stars in there for three deserts, a drink and a treat for herself.
Ant had commented on the fact that it was going to be very tough for her as she has a "real phobia" of this.
Scarlett had responded: "I can feel myself getting upset. But I feel if I can do this I might finally be able to go in lifts because I was on the 34th floor out here and I walked the stairs because I can’t stand small spaces."
However fans drew attention to the fact that this wasn't entirely true as she often went in lifts - as shown on her Instagram.
One viewer remarked: "Sick of Scarlett saying she doesn't go in lifts. MATE you have "lift selfies" all over ya Instagram."
Another tweeted a pic she'd shared on Instagram, commenting: "Scarlett you take selfies in the lift.. what do you mean? #ImACeleb."
A fan commented: "I ❤ Scarlett on @imacelebrity but y does she keep saying I can go in a lift now. She posts pics of self in lifts all the time? #confused."
Just over five months ago she shared a snap of herself with boyfriend Luke and commented: "lift selfie #boyfriend #holiday."
On the same holiday, she had tweeted another pic of the pair in a lift.
Earlier today fans of the show had also accused I'm A Celeb bosses of pushing Scarlett to win hours before the final.
TV bosses shared a funny meme featuring Scarlett on the show’s official Twitter page, but they were hit with complaints from outraged viewers who claimed she was being given an unfair advantage.
