Strictly Come Dancing’s Judge Rinder is eleventh celebrity to be eliminated after dance off with Ore Oduba
Star of the show failed to stay in the show after a performance to Oh What A Night from Jersey Boys on Musicals Week
JUDGE Robert Rinder has become the eleventh contestant to leave Strictly Come Dancing after losing to Ore Oduba in the dreaded dance off.
, who has made no secret of his love of the show, faced off against the BBC sports presenter after winning the lowest points and public vote.
Alongside Oksana Platero, Judge Rinder re-performed heir Samba to Oh! What a Night! from Jersey Boys in a bid to impress the judges and remain in the competition.
The judges voted unanimously to save Ore and Joanne after they re-performed their foxtrot World of Pure Imagination from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - with Craig saying that they had better technique than Judge Rinder and Oksana.
On her decision, Darcey Bussell chose to save Ore and Joanne and said; “I just have to say you both did wonderful performances tonight and it was such a pleasure to watch you both, I know how much hard work goes into it.
"But the couple I would like to save just on their artistry and technique is Ore and Joanne.”
Bruno Tonioli said: “Well first I want to say thank you both for the entertainment, I had a great time but I have to say that the couple that gave me the better quality overall and for that reason I save Ore and Joanne.”
Head judge Len Goodman agreed with his fellow panellists.

Gushing about his Strictly experience to Tess Daly on hearing he was out of the competition, Judge Rinder said: “It’s a joy to be here, every single person, there’s too many people to thank but I even want to thank the judges.
"I know how difficult it is sometimes to be a judge and you do it with authenticity and enthusiasm and thank you all for your comments."
He then turned to Oksana and said: "My last thank you and my most important one, this truly extraordinary person, this teacher who has shown me from somebody who could barely walk to music with no dance experience at all to find a passion and a love for dance and that’s the best kind of teaching.
"You are never too old to try something new and everyone should try dancing, thank you so much.”
Oksana held onto Rinder as she praised him for their work and friendship, telling Tess: “This is my first season on Strictly and I had an unforgettable time and I want to say thank you to everyone involved with the show - and I am especially grateful for making this partnership happen.”
The remaining four couples have now made it through to the semi-finals and will be fighting for a place in the final three ahead of the live finals on December 17.
