KATIE Price left fans all saying the same thing as she showed off her biggest-ever boob job.

The mum of five, 45, took to her Instagram Stories to model a black batwing-sleeve top from her own JYY London range.

The oversized garment clung to Katie's new curves and she finished off her look with black skinny leggings.

Katie is definitely no stranger to going under the knife and recently opened up on her biggest boob job ever.

In January, before flying out to Belgium for her surgery, a source told The Sun: "Katie is getting massive 2120 CC implants."

Yet some fans weren't impressed with her latest modelling, with one writing underneath her snaps: "You’re so out of proportion it’s beyond ridiculous. Are you oblivious to how you look?"

Another put: "It looks ridiculous," as a third wrote: "So out of proportion with those balloons!!"

One then wrote: "No Katie, not good honey."

Another then surmised: "I just don’t understand how anyone can think that leg to boob ratio is a good look."

Yet some fans were quick to gush over her images and vowed to buy the garment themselves.

One added: "Enjoy love your outfit."

A fan continued: "You look gorgeous xxx @katieprice love that top on you."

Recently, Katie's mum Amy opened up on how she "hates" her daughter's surgery.

Amy - who was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IFP) in 2017 - chatted to TalkTV host Vanessa Feltz, 61, about Katie's habit of going under the knife.

Vanessa asked her: "As her [Katie's] mum, I wonder how you feel each time she goes under the knife?"

Amy candidly replied: "I absolutely hate it and she knows it.

"I think she… and I got her to admit it the other day as [I said] ‘You've got body dysmorphia.’ I don't know what it is.

"You know you look alright but why do you think you need to tweak this, tweak that or have a tattoo or change her hair?"
