STACEY Solomon worked out in tight gym gear with her rarely-seen sister Jemma as she showed off progress lifting weights.
The Loose Women presenter shared a snippet of her recent work out on Instagram.

Stacey worked up a sweat in a field rocking a white sports bra and green shorts.
The mum-of-five did a number of moves with resistance bands before moving onto lifting weights.
Stacey said: "Feeling proud taken me so long to get here.
"Leg morning with my sister before work. Rex was my 15kg weight today @samantha.stone1.

"It looks like I'm really happy and smiling at the end but that's actually my 'I hate this and it's hard now face'".
Stacey has been busy working out in recent weeks.
She recently posed in skintight gym gear as she revealed an embarrassing blunder.
However, she was forced to put a text box over her shorts as she joked that it looked like she was "wearing a jockstrap".

With her long blonde hair pulled back in braids, Stacey flaunted her figure in the soft grey two-piece.
She wrote: "I never thought I'd be this person but straight up & into the gym who am I?"
"Also putting this text box here because I look like I've got an unusually big noonie? Like is it the shorts or is it just me?
"why do I always look like I'm wearing a jock strap," she added.
