The Pussycat Dolls singer, 45, managed to look as incredible as always in a clip of her gym session posted on Instagram.

Nicole - who recently got engaged to boyfriend Thom Evans - started with dumbbell lunges before her workout took an interesting turn.

The former X Factor judge was distracted by a male pal showing up in the same outfit as her.

But it was clearly a set up as the two quickly started working out together.

Nicole recently flaunted the results of her hard work in the gym when she and Thom jetted to Mykonos to celebrate their engagement.

She announced their engagement earlier this month, sharing a sweet snap of Thom knelt down on one knee and another of the pair then embracing.

The star wrote alongside the pictures: "I said yes."

Thom also shared the photos, captioning them: "My Ever After."

Fellow Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt gushed in the comments: "I'm so happy for you! Congratulations to you both!"
