STRICTLY star Claudia Fragapane has advised co-star Louise Redknapp to invest in some “bum glue” – to prevent any mishaps with skimpy outfits in the lead up to the final.

The British Olympic gymnast, 19, revealed that she often applies bum glue onto her skin to stop her leotard from riding “right up”.

And now Claudia has admitted that she has shared her handy outfit tip with singer Louise Redknapp, 42 – who is the only other remaining female celebrity left in the BBC dance series.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, the athlete, who is partnered with dancer AJ Pritchard, 22, said: “Louise and I have lunch dates together at the studios - every lunch and dinner we have them together and make sure we meet up. We’re the only two girls left so we stick together.”

She added: “We share tips. Before she asked me how my leotard doesn’t ride right up and I said you have to get bum glue.

“And she was like oh that would be good to put on our outfits.

“I said to them if I don’t use my bum glue when I do my competitions and it does ride right up you can’t touch it when you’re on the floor.

“If you take it out and touch your leotard if it goes right up and you try and take it out and cover your bum while you’re doing your routine you lose marks.

“You have to just flaunt it. But yeah I don’t think we need bum glue just as much at Strictly as you’re wearing dresses and the way the designers do the dresses are really clever.”

Speaking about how the bum glue works, she confessed: “With the bum glue you’ve got to put the glue on your actual skin and that pat whatever you’re wearing down on it.”

“So when you’re on the dance floor you’re covered really in my view.
