'I MOSTLY GO COMMANDO'

I’m a Celebrity’s Adam Thomas reveals he likes to leave his pants at home as he discusses his underwear habits

ADAM Thomas revealed a rather, erm, interesting bit of personal information on tonight's episode - claiming that he mostly enjoys going commando.

The Emmerdale star opened up as the campmates discussed the answer to the Dingo Dollar challenge question.

Joel Dommett and Wayne Bridge had made their way to the Outback Shack, agreeing that they would order cheesecake.

Kiosk Keith rang the camp and asked what percentage of British men admitted to wearing their underpants more than once before washing them 18 per cent or 31 per cent.

Taking the call Scarlett said: “I’ll be honest Luke wears his at least a couple of days running.”

Martin remarked: “We’ve all done it, it has to be 31 per cent?”
Adam said: “I’ve worn mine like three times without washing, although I mostly go commando.”

They agreed to go for 31 per cent and the Shack door was slammed down in front of them. Still dressed as a crab and a diver, the pair returned to camp empty handed.

No mention was made of their bizarre outfits but the other campmates were shocked they got the question wrong and forfeited their afternoon treat.

Tonight's episode saw him also trick the camp into thinking he only won two stars when he really got six in the revolting Bushtucker Trial Knickerbocker Gory.
He was pleased with himself after managing to nab all the stars: “I got six stars, I told you I could do it, that was the worst one I’ve done.”

Ant joked: “And I’m sure you’re not going to gloat when you go back to camp are you?”
“No, I’m not a gloater, am I? Am I a gloater? Of course I am” laughed Adam.

And he didn’t gloat – rather, he lied and said that he’d only managed to get two.

Arriving back, he announced (fake) sad news and chuckled to himself inside the Bush Telegraph: “Everyone believed me, OMG, it was the easiest bit of acting I’ve ever had to do.”

Martin Roberts sweetly remarked: “Adam has done amazingly well, he may have only got two stars out of a possible six but that doesn’t matter, he tried his best.”

The rest of the campmates comforted him and told him not to worry, but he flew off back to the Bush Telegraph to have a good laugh.

He said: “Apparently the trials are getting harder, pah! Not for me, I’m Mr Bushtucker Trial. I want a National TV Award, no, not even an NTA, I want an Oscar.”
