ANASTASIA Kvitko might not be well known to those who don't have Instagram - but it appears it will only be a matter of time until she will be.

The model, dubbed the "Russian Kim Kardashian", has been slammed by trolls who are accusing her of having plastic surgery - but who is the star and why's she famous?

Who is Anastasia Kvitko?

Anastasia is a 22-year-old model raised in western Russia's Kaliningrad Oblast region.

She has amassed a staggering 5.1million followers on Instagram thanks to the incredible figure she frequently flaunts on the site in a series of skimpy outfits and swimsuits.

She is now famed for her 38-25-42 figure, after being turned down by a series of modelling agencies who she claims told her she was "too fat".

Instead of vowing to lose her curves, Anastasia has turned them into her trademark.

The star says that her figure is completely natural and down to a strict diet and exercise regime.

She said: "When I was a child I was into athletics, and now I just try to stay fit and go to the gym four times a week.

"I don't eat meat and chicken, I avoid fast food and choose a healthy diet.

"It is not hard to find organic food shops in the USA. And I do not use photoshop."

How did she react to Kim Kardashian's airbrushed bum pics?

After Kim Kardashian hit the beach and allowed fans a rear treat as she went for a splash in the sea along the coast of Mexico, Anastasia released fresh snaps of her unairbrushed and ample behind.

The 36-year-old reality star usually airbrushes her snaps before sharing them on social media.

But Anastasia makes no bones about her unique curves and makes a point of being photographed without any photoshopping.

"This is what makes me different to many other Instagram celebrities and beauties.

"I keep posting full length photos so my fans can see that I look exactly like in my photos."

She has now moved to Los Angeles to pursue modelling full-time, where she has become the face of a new swimwear collection for US brand Eliya Cioccolato.

The aspiring model wowed her social media followers with a series of belfies - "bum selfies" - to celebrate her 22nd birthday.

How does Anastasia Kvitko claim to keep her curves?

She claims a bizarre-looking plaster, which should be worn for eight hours a day, helps to burn excess fat and works especially well when worn during exercise.

She wrote: “I am so happy to present my ‘Line of Innovation’ product, my secret to keep my own shape, Body Curves.”

But not all of her online followers were convinced by the claim.

One commenter posting under the name “angie_tocaj” said: “Geez, her ‘secret’ is a white patch”.

Another named “ballarmerac” added: “Lmao along with her 30 surgeries.”

Why is she being compared to Kim Kardashian?

Kvitko has been accused by her followers of deliberately modelling herself on reality star Kim Kardashian, who until her terrifying gunpoint burglary, would frequently post similar bum-baring figure online.

Anastasia and Kim do bare some similarities with their traits - but it is something that Anastasia is unhappy about.

She said in an interview: “I like Kim Kardashian but I don’t quite like being compared to her – she is far behind me."

The wannabe model added: “My body is sporty, my hip muscles are trained, my bottom is the most beautiful one, and I have not done any plastic surgeries on my face.

“And she – everyone knows what she did to her bottom.

“Now my popularity is growing at a crazy speed, so it is a matter of time when I will be recognised more often than Kim.”

However, Russian plastic surgery site Tecrussia.ru has refuted Anastasia's claims that her body is completely her own - and that she hasn't had any surgery.

They wrote: "We doubt the girl's statements that she achieved it only with the help of physical exercises: in the gym you can only improve the muscles, change the shape of your bottom but you can't dramatically increase its size."
