Strictly winner Abbey Clancy reveals her drunken dances with hubby Peter Crouch and ‘intense’ jealousy of current contestants
The model added she was backing fellow WAG Louise Redknapp to win the BBC talent show
FORMER Strictly Come Dancing queen Abbey Clancy impressed judges with her perfect fancy footwork yet revealed she and footballer husband Peter Crouch prefer tipsy boogies at home.
The model lifted the lid on their antics during a chat on today's Lorraine show, where she also confessed she wished she was competing in this year's BBC show.
Abbey, who won in 2013 with Aljaz Skorjanec, said: "I'm watching Strictly with intense jealousy.
"I just want to be there, it was incredible."
When host Lorraine Kelly asked if her sports star hubby had replaced Aljaz as her dance partner because "he is tall" she said: "Yeah we do dance - after a couple of drinks.
"There's no ballroom going on though, and it's in the kitchen."
Abbey, who fronts Britain's Next Top Model, also let slip Peter was a fan of the show - even switching over from a Champions League football game so they could watch her show as a family.
Chatting about Strictly's crop of celebrity dancing talent this year, Abbey tipped fellow WAG Louise Redknapp for the glitterball.
She said: "I think Louise will win, her Argentinian Tango was phenomenal.
"I wish I'd got to do that dance. It's something I would love to do."
She could see her wish come true if judge Craig Revel Horwood's hopes for an all-stars show get the nod.
This week we reported his desire for two separate editions showcasing the dancing talent of famous faces throughout the BBC programme’s 13 series.
He gushed: “My dream would be to see an all-male then an all-female championship featuring the best male and female dancers we’ve ever had going head to head.
“That would make telly gold.”
