Stacey shared what they got up to on Instagram.

The mum-of-five had "the most amazing massage" and later treated herself to an ice bath.

Stacey filmed them all braving the cold and while she managed to get her whole body in, her sibling struggled to even get her foot in the water.

She played M.O.P.'s tune Cold As Ice in the background of the video.

The TV star looked amazing in an animal print halterneck swimming costume with her hair tied into a bun.

She captioned the post: "Literally us trying to use every single thing before we have to leave.

"Safe to say the ice plunge was not for Jemma."

Stacey became a mum for the fifth time in February.

She shares Rex, four, Rose, 21 months, and four-month-old Belle with husband Joe Swash.

Stacey is also mum to Leighton, 11, who is shares with Aaron Barham and 15-year-old Zachary with Dean Cox.

Earlier this week she candidly admitted she was "having a wobble" as she opened up about family life on her Instagram Stories.

Stacey, who propped her phone against a mirror while she brushed her hair, told her followers that she was doing her night time routine while the little ones were in the bath.

The Loose Women panelist explained: "I feel really hormonal and emotional today - I think it's all the school transitions.

"I mean my period isn't helping!

"I think it's because it's coming to the last week of term and I keep getting newsletters and notifications that are just making me really sad.

"Rex going to school is almost a relief because I feel he's getting such a big boy he almost needs it at this point.

Stacey added: "The worst of them all is Leighton going to seniors - that is just making me want to cry."
