Music superstars Paul McCartney and Bruce Springsteen reveal unlikely new friendship with rap icon
STUNNED diners nearly choked on their chips when Sir Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen and Dr Dre rocked up at a packed restaurant.
The music legends enjoyed a late night out together after Bruce’s gig at London’s Hyde Park on Saturday.
Insiders said rockers Sir Paul, 81, and Bruce, 73, plus rapper Dre, 58, had a ball at The River Café celebrity haunt in West London.
A source said: “The three got together after Bruce’s gig and headed into London.
"They were quite the sight and lots of heads were turning when they rocked up at The River Café in Hammersmith.
“The place was packed but they were given one of the best tables in the restaurant.

“Diners could hear them laughing and they seemed as though they were having a ball.
“It ended up being a pretty late night and they stayed until after midnight before calling it a day.”
Sir Paul and his US hip-hop pal were earlier seen watching The Boss perform a 28-song set, including Born To Run and Dancing In The Dark, from the VIP area at Hyde Park.
Dre has previously revealed that Sir Paul, whose hits with The Beatles include A Hard Day’s Night, was one of his musical inspirations.
In 2021, he posted a snap of the pair at a hotel, adding: “Here with one of my heroes.
“Paul McCartney is cool AF.
“I’m chilling with one of the f***ing Beatles.”
