KATIE Price shared an adorable throwback snap of Bunny and Jett as she begs fans for help.

The former glamour model took to Instagram to ask her 2.6 million followers for ideas on how to celebrate their birthdays next month.

Katie shared a sweet snap of the brother and sister with huge smiles on their faces while sitting in a cardboard box.

"Can’t believe Jett’s going to be 10 next month and Bunny 9 where’s the time gone…any party theme ideas for their birthdays?," Katie captioned the post.

Many rushed to the comments section to share their suggestions, but others couldn't get over how adorable they looked.

Katie shares Jett and Bunny with ex Kieran Hayler.

She is also mum to Harvey, 21, who is from a previous relationship with Dwight Yorke.

Princess, 16, and Junior, 18, are from her marriage to ex husband Peter Andre.

It comes shortly after Katie revealed her painful-looking bandaged face after having nose and lip surgery in Belgium.

The star was seen emerging from her latest surgery on Friday afternoon after having the cosmetic procedures, along with abdominal etching, a form of liposuction to create a six-pack.

It came after The Sun revealed that Kate was planning to undergo even more cosmetic surgery on her face and body.
