Tina Malone shows off her incredible 12-stone weight loss as she frolicks on a beach in a bikini during family holiday in Tenerife

TINA Malone has shown off her incredible 12-stone weight loss by flashing the flesh in a bikini during a break in Tenerife.

The former Shameless star wore a bright green top and matching shorts as she frolicked on the beach with her young daughter Flame.

The actress has overhauled her body over the last few years, and is now showcasing the results.

Tina, 53, looked happy and relaxed as she flashed the flesh with her daughter and a pal during the sun-soaked family holiday on the Spanish island.

She couldn't stop smiling as she strolled along the sand and soaked up the relaxing atmosphere.

The former Shameless star, 53, has dropped 12 stone since she started a major body overhaul and she has proved she is working hard to maintain her incredible size six figure.

Tina has undergone nine surgeries, as well as her gastric band, including operations to remove the excess skin which was left around her tummy due to her weight loss.

She also had skin removed from her arms, neck and thighs, as well as undergoing several surgeries on her face and fixing her teeth.

Tina has been showing off her svelte new look this year, but has admitted she still allows herself the odd treat despite being on a strict diet.

During an appearance on Loose Women, she said: “I eat spinach and fish every day…. but I do eat chocolate every day…”

She also revealed she burst into tears when she was first able to put on a size six dress.
