HELEN Flanagan stripped off to her sports bra in a sizzling video, after being mum-shamed by trolls for her sexy snaps.

Former Corrie star Helen, 32, showcased her toned figure in pink gymwear while going make-up free in an Instagram Story.

Chatting to fans in her kitchen, she complained about developing adult acne while revealing she's off to Scotland for a work trip.

The actress began, "I actually don't know how many times I do the dishwasher a day. But I'm just gonna go for a facial, I've broke out just over here."

Helen revealed a friend recommended she goes on the contraceptive pill to "control" her skin, adding, "I've never took the pill before. It's been so good for so long.

"But yeah, I'm going to Scotland tomorrow for one day. I'm going for work, just for the quickest trip ever but I'm looking forward to that.

"I think you can actually see my suitcase in the background, I swear to god I just live in a suitcase, always have done."

It comes just days after Helen was mum-shamed by followers after sharing sexy snaps in her bra.

The mum-of-three enjoyed a cuppa in her bathroom and unbuttoned her pyjama top to reveal her cleavage.

The former I'm A Celebrity campmate pouted in some of the shots and pulled off geek chic in a pair of thick-rimmed specs.

Helen captioned her shots: "New week, new goals… Boss Babe vibes."

The images split opinion with some loving them and others criticising the mum-of-three for the saucy material.

One commented: "Why do u always put pics up of you're boobs your a mum."

Another posted: "Show some respect for your children for god sake."

A third said: "She needs to respect the herself."

The TV personality is a proud parent to Matilda, seven, Delilah, five, and Charlie, two - who she shares with her ex-fiance Scott Sinclair, 34.
