Katie Price spotted driving illegally again and risks £1k fine just weeks after getting her licence back
KATIE Price has been spotted driving an untaxed vehicle just weeks after getting her licence back following a lengthy road ban.
The 45-year-old glamour model was pictured behind the wheel of a white Nissan Elgrand at a Sussex petrol station.
The vehicle had a valid MOT at the time the pictures were taken but it had not been taxed. The vehicle was due to be taxed on June 1.
The Sun has contacted a rep for Katie for comment.
There are a number of exemptions when it comes to driving without road tax.
Disabled drivers and those using disabled passenger vehicles don't pay a road tax fee.

Cars classified as "historic", meaning those made before January 1, 1983, are exempt; the Nissan was made in 2003.
Electric vehicles also don't have to pay road tax but the electricity must come from an external source or an electric storage battery to be exempt.
If caught driving without tax, motorists can be fined up to £1,000.
Katie returned behind the wheel three weeks ago after having her licence medically revoked.

The 45-year-old put her many tattoos on display as she stepped out of her car after driving to a community service shift in Sussex.
She was given a suspended 16-week jail term in December 2021 after flipping her vehicle while over the drink-drive limit.
At the time, Judge Amanda Kelly said Price had “one of the worst driving records I have seen”.
But her lawyer negotiated that “mental health” at the time of her sentencing, argued PTSD and a suicide attempt was the reason she drove while under the influence.
Speaking about the incident, Katie previously said: "I could have killed myself.
"I could have killed someone else. I deserved to be punished, enough was enough.
"Getting in the car was a terrible mistake I’m so sorry for.
"That was a prime example of me having been triggered and not knowing how to handle it, an example of me spiralling out of control because I needed help."
