Now Michelle – who dated Heath from 2004 to 2007 – has opened up on life as a single mum, and admitted she never thought she’d be dating again aged 36.

Posing on the cover of Porter magazine, the blonde beauty shows off her ageless appearance in a gold metallic striped jumper, and cropped hair.

She revealed all about life after Heath’s tragic passing in a tell-all chat, admitting she can accept most things in life – but that has been harder to take.

“In all honesty, for pretty much everything else, I feel like I’m a believer in not fighting circumstances, accepting where you are and where you’ve been,” she said.

“In pretty much all senses but one, I would be able to go totally down that line of thinking were it not for Matilda not having her dad.

“You know, that’s just something that doesn’t…I mean, it just won’t ever be right.”

“I feel really sensitive about it and certainly did not expect to still be dating at 36 with an 11-year-old. This is not what I imagined.”

The star admitted she has had some tough love from her pals throughout, who have pushed her to begin dating again following the heartbreaking time.
