A woman claiming to be the ‘wife’ of tragic pop star Prince makes bid for his estate in Minnesota court… but can’t find the wedding certificate

THERE are fresh claims today that the late singer Prince was married before he died… and he wanted his fortune to go to “secret wife”.
It’s being reported Claire Elisabeth Elliott has filed a request for the court to remove Bremer Trust Bank as administrator of the star’s estate, because she believes she should be calling the shots as his "sole heir".
The Purple Rain star died at his Minnesota home in April aged 57 after an accidental overdose.
According to Ms Elliot even claims there is a marriage certificate that will back her up, although this has yet to be found.
They are also reporting that is she once “filed documents to run for President of the United States."

Meanwhile, Prince‘s Paisley Park estate is set to host a celebration of the late artist’s life during a three-day event next year.
The musician gave his blessing for his home and studio complex to be opened to the public as a museum in the event of his death.
The Hollywood Reporter says that Prince’s estate will play host to a celebration of the late artist’s life in April 2017, marking a year since his death.
Celebration 2017 will be held from April 20-23, with the bands already booked to perform including The Revolution, Morris Day and The Time, and members of the New Power Generation and 3RDEYEGIRL.
