EMMERDALE has teased two shock exits in the coming weeks, as major characters reveal plans to leave the Dales behind in a shock twist.

Viewers have watched in recent weeks as Belle Dingle gets closer to Dr Jermain Bailey, and in the coming episodes, she will be faced with a tough decision as he is handed a job in America.

But will she choose to leave her family behind and move across the world?

Fans are now set to see her family try all they can to stop her in her tracks, with Cain even driving out to prevent her getting to the airport in time.

And her mum Lisa only hears the news on Monday, giving her precious hours to try and persuade Belle to stay.

Meanwhile, Jimmy King has had a turbulent few weeks as his relationship with Nicola has hit the rocks.

The coming week will see him close to getting caught with Berneice in his hotel room.

At his wit’s end, Jimmy admits he needs some space and teases plans to leave the area for a month to “get some space”.

It comes after Nicola contacts lawyers to try and divorce Jimmy, but when she hears Jimmy’s plans to leave, she’s left heartbroken and reconsiders her decision.
