I’m A Celebrity’s Wayne Bridge’s wife Frankie throws a strop while packing her suitcase to take to Australia
WAYNE Bridge’s wife Frankie isn’t coping well with her him being in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.
The former Saturdays singer has had an almighty tantrum over having to pack her own bags because her footballer husband isn’t there to do it for her.
Posting a picture of her face down, splayed out on the floor of her bedroom, Frankie joked she was having a little trouble packing everything she needs into a suitcase.
She wrote on alongside the snap: “When your[sic] trying to pack for Australia… but your husband normally does it for you… and your Mum comes upstairs to find you like this… #ihatepacking #itstoocold tothinkofsummerclothes #lifegoals #imaceleb #teamwayne”
It comes after the popstar admitted she cried watching her husband’s emotional homesick scenes on I’m A Celebrity.
The Saturdays singer appeared via video call on the jungle spin-off show tonight, and revealed both her and their kids are missing him – but she is proud of how he’s “come out of his shell”.
Just days into the jungle, Wayne broke down in tears to ex EastEnders star Larry Lamb, admitting he was missing his kids.
But he’s managed to pull through ever since, and has made a name for himself in camp.
“It’s so nice everyone’s getting to know him,” Frankie told Extra host Stacey Solomon.
“I have seen him laugh so much and he’s been himself so I know he’s comfortable.
But obviously when he was upset I cried.”
Asked if she was nervous about how he’s react on the show, Frankie said: “I kind of
expected it. He hates being on camera. That’s what he was most nervous about
He’s getting more comfortable now.”
Before saying goodbye, Frankie told her hubby he’d be fine, as everyone he meets “loves him”.
And she added: “I told him to be himself. He’s a nice person. I told him it’s amazing what you’ll do when there’s a camera on you.”
Speaking about Wayne comforting Martin Roberts when he broke down in tears tonight, Frankie explained: “He hates it if anyone cries. I knew he would have hated that.
“Everyone keeps texting me like, ‘your husband’s so sensitive’, I’m like ‘yeah you should have seen him on our wedding day’.”
But she added: “It’s hard, he’s been gone a while, he’s usually with the kids every day.”
Asked if the kids have noticed, Frankie explained their eldest, Parker, watches him on TV but doesn’t fully understand where he is.
“He looks up and says ‘oh daddy’,” Frankie joked.
