Chrissy and John's relationship dates back to the late 2000s.
The couple first met back in 2007 on the set of John's Stereo music video, where she starred as his love interest.
In 2014, Chrissy later revealed that they had gone back to John's hotel room that night, ate In-N-Out burgers, and hooked up, but they still went their separate ways after.
After a few months of texting, the couple began dating that same year, and then, in 2011, John popped the question during a Maldives vacation in December.
His song All of Me was written about his soon-to-be bride, and the video was shot just days before they married in Lake Como, Italy, in September 2013.
It was directed by Nabil Elderkin, who first introduced the couple.

Throughout the course of their marriage, the couple welcomed four children together.
In 2016, the pair welcomed their first child, a daughter named Luna Simone Stephens. Two years later, Miles Theodore Stephens was born.
The couple was expecting a third child in 2020, but they tragically lost their son, Jack, after Chrissy experienced bleeding and was hospitalized.
"We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before," the model wrote in an Instagram post at the time.
"We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough."
In September 2021, one year after the loss, the couple then paid tribute in another Instagram post.
In a photo caption, Chrissy wrote: "A year ago you gave me the greatest pain I could ever imagine to show me I could survive anything, even if I didn't want to," she wrote.
"I didn't get to take care of you but you came and went to get me to love myself and take care of myself because our bodies are precious and life is a miracle. they told me it would get easier but yeah, that hasn't started yet. mom and dad love you forever."
Despite the pain Chrissy endured, on January 13, 2023, the couple had another child, a daughter named Esti Maxine Stephens.
Later in the year, on June 28, Chrissy shared that they had another baby via surrogate.
"We want to say thank you for this incredible gift you have given us, Alexandra. And we are so happy to tell the world he is here, with a name forever connected to you, Wren Alexander Stephens."
