EASTENDERS star Melissa Suffield radiated a confident glow when she posted a video of herself in a red G-string lingerie.
The 30-year-old actress who played Lucy Beale in the BBC soap, took to social media to promote body confidence to her 58K followers.
Showing off her curves, the star who quit the soap in 2010, posed for the camera showing of all angles of her body on her the.confidentmama Instagram page.
Melissa, who gave birth to her son three years ago, captioned her post saying: "Things you don't need to do to wear lingerie."
She then went on to instruct her followers of the steps: "You don't need to shave every inch of your body. You don't need to wait until you've lost the weight."
She said: "You don't need to fake tan, or suck your stomach in, or turn the lights off, avoid mirrors, anything. The only thing you need to wear linger1e? Some linger1e. And you can wear it exactly as you are. Don't forget that."

And her fans were full of praise for her positivity. One said: "You do so much more good than you even realise."
And another added: "You make mums like me feels awesome as we are! You look beautiful."
And a third said: "I actually love you for your amazing positivity."
It wasn't that long ago that Melissa spoke out in favour of learning to love her body.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, the parenting blogger said: "You’re going to have up days and down days, and I’m certainly not a failure just because I don’t feel 100% positive about my body all the time. I have stretch marks. I have rolls. I’m a size 14."
She then said: "But I’m no less of a person just because my clothes are bigger than they used to be. My partner Robert [Brendan, 40, a cruise director] gives me confidence every day and he’s so proud that I’m now helping other people learn to love themselves, too."
