KATIE Waissel shows off the results of all her recent ab crunches as she wows in a bikini in LA.
The singer has been on a fitness regime lately and was seen catching some rays on Venice Beach.
With her hair in a messy bun and wearing white trainers, she displayed her toned midriff in a black string bikini and joked about, trying on multiple pairs of sunglasses with a friend.
But the reality star wasn't the epitome of health as she stopped to light up a cigarette.
The 30-year-old now lives in New York and has been sharing her exercise regimes online.
She posted on Twitter recently about getting her body back in shape after a break and showed off her biceps.
She wrote: "Tuesday: Trying to get those abs back after slacking! Pre work work-out! 75 crunches and 75 curls! Yummy! Now for breakfast..."
Earlier in the year the star was at the centre of one of the biggest controversies the show has ever seen when housemate Christopher Biggins aimed a highly offensive anti-Semitic comment at her.
Speaking about the controvery after leaving the CBB house, Katie exclusively told The Sun: “It’s very real to me. So there you go, Christopher Biggins, you nasty, nasty person.
"It’s disrespectful to me, my ancestors and every family who have history tied to this dreadful place.”
But despite the drama Katie will be back in the UK to star in a Jack and The Beanstalk pantomime in Norwich.
