Gwyneth Paltrow shares adorable picture of ex-husband Chris Martin cuddling their son Moses

GWYNETH Paltrow has shared a touching picture of her ex Chris Martin being reunited with their son Moses.

The Hollywood actress showed "love" was at the top of her Thanksgiving list as she captioned the snap: "Here is to reunions, togetherness, family, and love love love. Happy thanksgiving eve, everyone. Love, gp".

Coldplay singer Chris, 39, is seen embracing his 10-year-old son with Gwyneth, 44.

The pair also have a 12-year-old daughter called Apple together from their marriage together which lasted nearly 13 years.

Chris and Gwyneth famously "consciously uncoupled" in 2014 and have maintained an amicable relationship which sees the family often spend the holidays together.

And Gwyneth's fans were full of praise, as they commented: "This photo bought tears to my eyes. happy thanksgiving. .xxxx"

The close-knit family recently showed off their talents when Apple and Moses joined the Coldplay frontman on stage.

Apple delivered a beautiful rendition of Ariana Grande's hit Just a Little Bit of Your Heart as Chris played the piano, while Moses sang House of Gold by Twenty One Pilots, with Chris on guitar.
