Love Island’s Maura Higgins forced to up security after horrifying raid by masked men at her Essex home
LOVE Island star Maura Higgins is upping security at her home after it was targeted by raiders.
Those close to the reality TV personality said she was left “shaken” after three masked men ripped down one of the gates at her complex and tried to steal several vehicles.
Police were called in the early hours of last Wednesday after the gang broke open the large metal gate by shaking and pushing at it.
A source said: “Maura was shaken up.
"Neighbours caught it all on CCTV and it was chilling to see three masked men ram through the gates and start trying to break into cars.
"Maura has lived in her gated community for three years and said she no longer feels safe.
