I’m a Celebrity’s Scarlett Moffatt reveals since doing Gogglebox she has made enough money to pay off her mum and dad’s house

KINDHEARTED Scarlett Moffatt has revealed that she has managed to pay off her parents.

The Gogglebox star, who appears on the show with her mum and dad, made the revelation as she chatted to Wayne Bridge and Joel Dommett on tonight’s I’m a Celebrity.

The 26-year-old revealed that she only packed her 9 to 5 job in last year, after she started to become famous.

She then said: “My aim is to be able to by me mam and dad a caravan.

“Cause they’ve always wanted one, but they are like £20,000, and I really want to be able to buy them one.

“And that’s the dream, everyone wants to be able to look after their mama and dad, like they did when they were younger.

“I paid off their mortgage off with my mum and dad’s house for them.”

Wayne then said to her: “How did that make you feel?”

To which she replied: “Oh it was the best.

“I just wrote them a letter and said, thanks for being mint, and sorry for leaving fake tan all over the house, and then I put a cheque in for them.”

It then went back to Ant and Dec who made a joke about Wayne saying he never got Christmas off when he was a footballer, to which cheeky Dec said:

“To be fair, they only have to work three hours a day!”
