Coming in with a grand total of 382 dollars to spend, and brought a sandwich board of available luxuries into camp.
As Joel wore the display into camp, the group were told they could have as much as they liked as long as they had enough dingo dollars to pay for them.
These included a SKYPE call home ($200), 10 minutes of music in camp ($80), a nail file ($50), beer ($30 each), coffee and milk ($20 each), luxury item ($75 each) or a swiss ball ($50).
Despite having enough for one of the campers to give their loved ones at home a ring, the group quickly ruled out the chance as it wasn't fair for the rest of the group - and eventually decided on getting some wine and gin in order to have a party in camp.
Joel admitted: "The only thing I want is my luxury item but it’s too expensive - so I’d be happy with a cup of tea.”
Employing Danny as their DJ of the evening, Martin quickly quashed the idea of getting music in the camp as well "because they didn't need it when they had him."

Since Jordan Banjo decided not to have his luxury item - because it was too expensive - he brooded in his hammock whilst the others waited for their treats.
He said to Scarlett: “I want everyone here to have what they want, if it was something I needed, I would have said. It would be good to get a bunch of stuff for the camp and I’ve got a cup of tea anyway.”
“You’re too selfless,” said Scarlett, to which he replied: “Everyone here is selfless.”
The campmates that had a glass of wine went to bed after having a merry night.
Scarlett later told the Bush Telegraph: “I’ve loved being President, the eel was beautiful, I’m a changed person, I’ll eat anything now. We got wine, won the trial and got 12 stars, what a great day!”
The group were in top spirits after they Danny and Adam bagged the twelve stars once again for the campsite after completing a challenge that saw them face their fears underwater.
In the terrifying task the Emmerdale actor was left virtually traumatised as he came face to face with a huge spider.
The task involved Adam and Danny being submerged in a cage underwater with snakes and other scary creatures as they try to win the camp meals.
It was the second trial in a row for Adam, who bagged eleven stars in a trial on Monday night and left viewers in stitches as he took on the trial.
Ant and Dec described the challenge as two campmates facing a jungle water chamber in a quest to collect stars - but they won’t be alone in the water.
