Carol Vorderman’s changing face from fresh faced Countdown geek to flirty jungle cougar
CAROL Vorderman has been a familiar face on our TV screens over the last 30 years, but her look has been constantly changing.
She started on our screens as a geeky brunette who aced the maths on Countdown, but she has blossomed into a sexy star in her own right and the jungle cougar of I'm A Celebrity.
1985

Carol looked sweet and fresh-faced back in 1985 as she sported a tell-tale 1980s mullet hair style, and over-sized jacket and tie.
She married her first husband, Navy officer Christopher Mather, this year but the marriage lasted just 12 months.
1992
She may have remarried, tying the knot with Patrick King in 1990, and stayed on Countdown, but she gave herself a makeover as entered her 30s.

1994
After a decade on TV Carol became the host of futuristic gadget show Tomorrow's World.
She maintained her geek chic as well as her youthful glow, but she ditched the 1980s perm for elegant, straight locks.
2000
Carol suffered a major life change in 2000 as she separated from her husband Patrick, the father of her two children.
However, she was awarded an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours List, and she also started to embrace her sexy side as she sported a flirty, modern hair cut.
