KATIE Price fans all said the same thing as she showed off her biggest ever boob job in an ultra-tight top.
The former glamour model posed for a new picture in a white t-shirt as part of a sponsored ad on Instagram.
Katie, 44, went under the knife for her 16th boob job in December 2022 in a bid to get the "biggest breasts in Britain".
The star, who currently has 2120 CC implants, has since then proudly shown off her daring assets in bikinis and sexy outfits.
But in her most recent pic, fans joked it looked like the kids game where you put balloons up your top.
One said in the comments section: "Looks like you put balloons down your top."
"If that balloons down your top?," a second questioned.
Her family have previously shared their concern over Katie's cosmetic surgery, telling New: “They think she’s putting herself at a huge risk – it’s dangerous."
Meanwhile others shared the love and said how much they liked the picture.
One wrote: "You look like you are in your prime Katie Price. Stunning."

It comes just days after it was revealed that Katie wants to get even bigger boobs.
The mum-of-five recently told : "I’m in my 40s and I’ll do what the hell I want, when I want.
“I only started having things done to my face in my 40s. When I was younger, I had my boobs done and my nose done, but that was it.
"I didn’t have any fillers or anything like that. I did all of my career naturally, with no airbrushing or filters either.
"So now I’m in my 40s, I will look and be as fake as I want to be.”
Earlier this week Katie nearly burst out of her bikini as she took a dip on holiday in Spain.
The model put on a busty display in a multicoloured two-piece as she lounged around the swimming pool.
