I’m a Celebrity’s Danny Baker and Adam Thomas are set to be plunged under water in a cage for terrifying Bushtucker trial

ADAM Thomas and Danny Baker have been nominated to do the next terrifying Bushtucker trial.

Tonight the public have voted for the duo to be submerged in a cage underwater with snakes and other scary creatures as they try to win the camp meals.

Ant and Dec described the challenge as two campmates facing a jungle water chamber in a quest to collect stars but they won’t be alone in the water.

Both Adam and Danny have both done trials in the past, but this is the first one that will put them underwater.

Poor Adam is still recovering from doing the last one.

The Emmerdale hunk had viewers in stitches tonight when he took on the latest trial,

This evening, the 28-year-old dived head first in to vats of creepy crawlies, slime and other unspeakable horrors as part of the Food Factory challenge.

He grunts and squeals as he sticks his hands in to a stinking tub of rotting vegetables.

“How does it smell in there?” ask Ant and Dec as the soap hunk growls in rage.

He then faces a tray of rats – but is so rough with them in his bid to grab another star that the Geordie duo have to remind him to be “nice and gentle” with the innocent creatures.

His reaction had viewers in absolute stitches, one tweeted: “This is comedy gold”

Another said: “Oh my god I’m laughing so hard”

With another saying: “Adam cracks me up”
