Rachel, 41, said: "It didn't happen for me until I was about 38. Isn't that crazy? It can be a challenge for some women. It had to do with me knowing my body.”

She revealed in a podcast this year that she now has a far better idea of what gets her going.

Rachel, who has a daughter with former boyfriend , explained: "I’ve learned that if you want to have an orgasm during sex, you have to be on top.”

The 85-year-old Oscar winning star has spoken about the joys of later years sex.

Last year during a radio interview Jane, who is currently starring in a new film called Book Club: The Next Chapter, said: “Women, I think, tend to get better because they lose their fear of saying what they need.”

She continued: “We waste way too much time not wanting to say: ‘Wait a minute, hold it, hold it, no, no, no. Slow down, and a little to the left.’ We don’t want to do that.

“But when we get older it’s like: ‘No, I know what I want. Give me what I want.’”

The former Miss Great Britain told The Sun last year that she was making time for intimacy despite having five children.

Danielle, 39, who appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, said: “I've never felt better about my body than I have done in the last couple of years, and I think that's made our sex life a lot better. 

“I like to be adventurous and have fun with sex. When I haven't felt in my best shape and I've had problems with my boobs after surgery, I've not felt as sexy. Now that's all sorted, I feel good about myself.”

The model, who has been married to husband Michael O'Neill since 2019, added: “As you get older, you know what to do, what you like and, if you've been with someone a long time, what your partner likes as well.”

Jenny, who has been with boyfriend Martin Lowe for 12 years, added: “I strongly believe that you have to keep making the effort with each other, or it's a slippery slope.

“And my one golden rule for maintaining intimacy in a relationship is - don’t have a TV in your bedroom.”
