Geordie Shore star Sophie Kasaei loses a stone in a week after being branded a ‘whale’

GEORDIE Shore star Sophie Kasaei has dropped a stone in weight in just seven days after embarking on an extreme body blitz.
The reality regular reveals she was bombarded with mean comments about her body, and she decided to slim down after being branded a "whale".
Sophie, 27, piled on three stone during six weeks filming Geordie Shore, and she has admitted she was called a "lardy" by mean online trolls.
She took control by enrolling at a celebrity weight loss retreat, No 1 Boot Camp in Norfolk, which has previously been used by her Geordie Shore pals Vicky Pattison, Holly Hagan and Scotty T.
The northern beauty managed to lose 14 pounds in just one week by tackling fitness routine devised by ex-military trainers.
She also overhauled her diet by ditching her usual meals of Nandos, Pot Noodles, sausage sandwiches and crisps.
Sophie swapped her favourite fatty foods for healthier alternatives such as homemade granola and quinoa and steamed fish.
The former hairdresser shrunk from 10st 9lb to 9st 9lb in just seven days.
She admitted she felt uncomfortable after piling on the pounds during work on the TV show.
Sophie said: "I love filming Geordie Shore but it totally wrecks your diet.
"I was in great shape before we started filming the last series but that all went out of the window by the end of the series.
"It is party central for almost two months and there is no time to go to the gym.
"You need so much discipline to stay in shape and I lost it big time.

"It does take its toll on the girls in particular and a few of us do start to feel insecure about our bodies by the end of the filming.
"Then all the trolls see pictures of you on Instagram and you get called a whale and a lardy.
"It is worse for me because I am only 5ft 1in, so there is nowhere for me to hide my weight.
"As soon I put on weight it goes straight on my tummy and I look in far worse shape than I really am."
She said of the boot camp: "I could not believe the difference - I felt so much firmer all over.
"The 6am wake-up call was the biggest shock - that is the time I am normally getting back in from a nightclub when I am on Geordie!
"I loved every minute of it and I was thrilled to lose 7lbs in five days.
"I want to go back and do a proper body blitz and get seriously in shape like Holly and Charlotte."
Sophie also revealed her DJ boyfriend of five years, Joel Corry, 27, inspired her to get fit.
She added: "I'm really happy with Joe. He is super-fit, so he inspired me to get in shape at No 1 Boot Camp.
"He is loving the new me and thrilled about my weight loss."
