Gigi Hadid appears nearly-naked as she wears completely sheer lace white dress to host star-studded American Music Awards
GIGI Hadid stole the show early on at the American Music Awards, as she appeared to go nearly-naked beneath a completely sheer white dress.
The supermodel showed off every inch of her stunning figure as she pulled a dramatic pose on the red carpet.
The star wore her hair blonde hair loose and pulled back, adding darker make-up.
She joined stars including Emeli Sande, James Bay and One Direction hunk Niall Horan at the bash, alongside singers Selena Gomez and Ariana Grande.
Blonde beauty Gigi previously revealed she is excited for all the different outfits she gets to wear.
She told PeopleStyle: “My stylist is such a boss and a pro that I feel like I can give her two days and she’d be able to do it. Just trying to get the timing right and the scheduling right is usually the hardest part.
“I want it to be really eclectic and fun and kind of surprise people and be colourful and have cool textures. Just whatever I think will kind of excite people. That’s what the fun part of being a host is.
“I’m not gonna force like a certain amount of outfits, but I think that just bringing out as many outfits that make me really excited as possible.”
Meanwhile, Gigi also insisted she will try her best not to “embarrass” her boyfriend Zayn Malik at the American Music Awards.
Asked how she will congratulate him if he wins the New Artist of the Year prize, she said: “I don’t know yet, wow. To be the winner’s girlfriend, you don’t want to embarrass them, but you also want to be super-excited for them. I’m just going to try and not be the embarrassing girlfriend. That’s my goal.”
Joining her at the bash was One Direction star Niall, who will no doubt run into his former pal and bandmate Zayn inside.
He looked super smart in a smart grey suit with an open white shirt.
Wearing statement glasses, the Irish crooner flashed a huge smile to fans outside.
Close behind was Selena Gomez, who stole the show later on in a bright red floor-length dress, practically glowing as she smiles to the cameras.
She was joined by Ariana Grande, who showed off her toned waist and abs in a tight corset-style crop top and wearing her hair tied back in a high ponytail.
Meanwhile, fellow model Heidi Klum glittered in a gold jumpsuit, showing off her glowing tan and curves.
Also there were Bella and Dani Thorne, who walked in together and co-ordinated with their bright red hair.
And Greenday all posed up together outside, showing off their wacky styles
But stealing an early style crown was Idina Menzel, who showed off her completely ageless figure in a sheer skirt and patterned outfit.
Meanwhile, singer Emeli Sande stood out with a dramatic new hair do.
The star has had another chop, and gelled her locks to her head, drawing all eyes to her darker make-up and jewellery.
With a nose ring, a huge chunky necklace and bright red lippy, the star looked stunning.
Opting for a black and white floor-length dress, the star hide her figure under the baggy gown.
Nearby was Jenny McCarthy, who took the plunge in a low-cut black dress, copying Gigi with her hair scraped back and adding a black choker round her neck.
Stopping to share a kiss with Donnie Wahlberg, Jenny managed to even pull off an umbrella.
Elsewhere, everyone from Valerie Macon to Lauren Giraldo and Ciara filled the venue with colour, flashing the flesh despite the cold.
Cheryl Burke joined Keltie Knight and Kerri Kasem on the carpet, while Kat Graham flashed all in a racy black fishnet jumpsuit.
And Tinashe turned heads in an unusual thigh-split black number, showing off her underwear in the sheer material.
