Joe Wicks’ fans can’t believe his mum’s real age as he shares pic with rarely-seen super fit parent
JOE Wicks' fans were awestruck by his mum's youthful appearance after he shared pictures of them working out together in the gym.
The Body Coach, 37, paid a heartfelt tribute to mum Raquela after they trained inside the iconic Gold's Gym in LA, where Joe is on holiday with his family.
He wrote: "My mum turns 58 years old this year. This morning I took her to Golds Gym in Venice for a workout. This is inspiring to me.
"My Mum battled with her mental health and had severe eating disorders while I was growing up so to see a strong and healthy mum is wonderful.
"Fitness and strength in anyone at any age is something to aspire to and hopefully inspires us all. Proud of you mum. You banged out Nikki at 17 and me at 19 years old. I love that you had us so young and you are here today with me doing this and staying strong.
"You’re amazing and life is so good because you are here with me."

Fans immediately expressed their surprise at Raquela's age.
One said: "Wow your mum looks amazing and more like a sister."
A second posted: "She hasn’t change at all in all@those years. She’s stunning xxx."

Multimillionaire Joe, whose net worth is reportedly north of £6million, grew up on a council estate in Epsom, Surrey, with his parents and two brothers.
His dad Gary, now 62, a roofer, was a heroin addict, and mum Raquela struggled with depression and anxiety, which led to obsessive compulsive disorder and caused her to clean the home obsessively.
Joe told Fabulous earlier this year: “My dad’s clean right now, although he’ll always be a recovering addict.
“His emotions are up and down.
“Sometimes when he arrives, he’s flat as a pancake. Then by the time he leaves, he’s lifted.
“We both took Marley swimming recently and that really soothed him, whereas in the past the heroin would have soothed him.”
Joe's success has enabled him to travel the world with wife Rosie, 32, and their kids Indie, four, Marley, three, and Leni, seven months.
He recently shared snaps from their five day trip in Singapore before heading to Australia, where they ticked off a number of places on their bucket list.

The family visited Singapore Zoo for the breakfast in the wild experience, had a day trip to Sentosa Island and was treated to a magical Garden Rhapsody light show at Gardens by the Bay.
The doting parents had some alone time at Coachella festival over the weekend while the kids stayed with Raquela at a rented beach house in Santa Monica.
