The star got into an emotional discussion with her campmates about starting a family - and admitted her worries in a frankly honest admission
LISA Snowdon, 44, revealed her heartache at not having kids in an emotional chat with her I'm A Celebrity campmates tonight.
The TV presenter admitted she didn't think she'd ever have children now, revealing she had never met the right man to start a family with.
As Ola Jordan confessed that she wanted to have children, Lisa replied: "Not now” of her own dreams.
“It’s a weird one because it’s so hard. I left it kind of late. I didn’t find anybody that I wanted to actually be with and I didn’t want to have kids to just …”
“… Have kids” finished Jordan.
“Yeah. I wanted that unit kind of thing. So maybe not in this lifetime."
Lisa, who has proudly showed off her amazing figure in camp, later added: "Children enrich your life so much, so of course I wanted to be a mum, it just didn't work out for me that way. It's tricky. It's hard. It's been something that I've had to deal with. People think it's not too late, but it's not always that easy."
The star is currently dating boyfriend George Smart, and appears completely smitten.
Elsewhere, Googlebox star Scarlett Moffatt admitted she wanted a family, adding: “Oh yeah. I want my own little tribe definitely.
"I would like at least two kids because I was an only child because my little sister wasn’t born until I want 16 so I’d like them to have a couple of years between them so they have a play mate.”
Meanwhile I'm A Celeb stars Carol and Wayne sat up in the allotment, and Wayne revealed his homesickness to the Countdown legend.
“Can you imagine if it wasn’t like this? I miss home enough as it is. If we didn’t get on as much as we did I think it would be ten times worse.”
As Carol asked him if he was missing his children, he replied: “Yeah loads. And Frank (Frankie, his wife). I’ll probably break her ribs when I see her from squeezing her. I can’t wait.”
Wayne later told the Bush Telegraph: “Carol, she’s really easy to open up to. There’s days here when I sit here and think about them and you tear up because you miss them so much.”
He added to the star: “It’s hard isn’t it. They will have changed so much. The youngest two if you go away for a few days they start speaking more, doing things more. I can’t wait. I can’t wait to see their smiles when I walk through the door.”
Later Carol admitted: “Maybe it’s an unexpected side to Wayne because people would see he’s an international footballer and obviously very very successful but he’s a lovely bloke.
"I can tell he absolutely worships his children too and it’s a really good message for people to hear.”
While Wayne said: “I tell you what though, it’s one of those things that coming here and going back is going to make me appreciate every day that I get with them now.”
He added: “You know the kids can make your head explode sometimes but I think coming in here has not made me appreciate them more but make me not have as many of those moments I hope.”
