Ex On The Beach’s Jemma Lucy launches dating site for people with tattoos
The heavily inked reality star plays cupid to all the body art singletons out therer
UNLUCKY in love Jemma Lucy is helping others to find love… but only if you have a passion for body art like she does.
The heavily inked Ex On the Beach babe is launching her very own dating website called Dating Ink.
The 27-year-old, who is single herself, came up with the idea after a friend complained that she couldn’t find a decent guy to date, she said: “The trouble with sites like Tinder is that you have to swipe through hundreds of profiles before you find someone with tattoos and it takes ages!
“You just get bored and switch off. When you join Dating Ink you know that you’re going to see loads of profiles of people with tattoos.
“You don’t need to have tattoos to use the site, you just have to love them! My mission is to bring tattoo lovers together!”
She went on: “I want people to link with ink! You can meet people from all over the world on Dating Ink. There are no boundaries, but of course you can choose to search closer to home too so you can go out on dates.”
Singles can sign up for free at DatingInk.com, where they are asked simply if they are ‘Inked Up’ or a ‘Blank Canvas’.
Jemma said: “I wanted to make sure that the users didn’t get bombarded with messages so you have to match with someone before you can start sending messages.
“You can also scroll down the pages and check out all the members. You don’t swipe and lose them forever! We’re working on an app for Google and Apple devices at the moment.
“Right now you can use the site on your phone, tablet or desktop so you don’t have to download anything from an App store.”
Jemma was recently dating Celebrity Big Brother winner Stephen Bear.
She has previously been linked to Geordie Shore’s Gaz Beadle and Scotty T.
And she had a on/off relationship with David Hawley.
Meanwhile, this week Jemma candidly revealed her mum DISOWNED her because of her TV career and tattoos - but instead of getting down in the dumps, she is using the experience as inspiration to help others.
In a series of frank messages posted to her Snapchat account, the model revealed she has been living life without her parent's support.
Eager to steer clear of the "sob story" label she insisted she was turning the "judgemental" attitude on its head as her new "career goal."
During the video which showed off her tiger-head tattoo and variety of chest inkings to full effect, she filmed her monologue and said: "My own mum disowned me purely because of the career that I have and the tattoos that I have quite a while ago.
"I now don't have a mum or relationship with a mum because of the way I look.
"So from personal experience I hope that nobody else goes through that."
Jemma, who recently split with Ex on the Beach co-star Stephen Bear, continued: "It aint a sob story because I love the way I look and tattoos and I'm fine, but I just want to help other people not go through the same thing.
"If I can help change the way people look at other people and people's perceptions then that will be me, successfully, Romeo, done."
The body-confident MTV star litters her social media feeds with saucy naked selfies and racy poses.
Yet her images have been a target for cruel trolls, who have branded her everything from "a proper state" "not marriage material" as well as taking things further with slurs about her appearance.
