What time is The Apprentice on BBC One tonight and what is the task about?
IT'S week seven of The Apprentice and there are 11 candidates remaining in the process competing for Lord Sugar's £250k investment.
Last week was the shopping task and we saw some of the candidates' fall down on their knowledge of London as well as their negotiating skills.
In the boardroom, it was Rebecca who was fired - her fatal error of not making herself crystal clear to a wholesaler on the phone, meant vital time was wasted which ultimately led to the failure of her team in the task.
What time is The Apprentice on tonight?
Tune in at 9pm on BBC One to see the candidates undertake this week's selling task.
The Apprentice: You're Fired is on BBC Two at 10pm. Rhod Gilbert discusses the show with experts and celebrities and of course, the outgoing candidate(s).
What is this week's task?
This week Lord Sugar has decided to send his potential business partners for a day out at the seaside to try to succeed in one of the UK's biggest markets - the boating and leisure industry.
It's sink or swim time as the teams attend the Poole Harbour Boat Show and are tasked with selecting products to sell at the show.
The weather is appalling and the candidates struggle with the conditions as they battle it out on the marina, trying to sell the marine related products.
As we've seen from previous years, in this task it's all about picking the right products.
The teams enjoyed testing out the high-end products on the water, getting completely soaked in the process.
Karthik, who has been keeping viewers entertained with his selling and negotiating tactics, is one of this week's project managers.
As he struggles to make his first sale of the day he decides to slip into a changing robe his team are selling, just to add "a bit of wow factor".
Taking his demonstration one step further he says to his teammates; "I'm gonna take my trousers off", which Dillon responds to with a wag of his finger; "I don't want you stripping in public".
Needless to say, Karthik's other teammates aren't fully behind his sales technique.
It turns out to be, in Lord Sugar's words, a "diabolical day" all round. In fact, one team fail so spectacularly that they are told they are one of the most unsuccessful groups in Apprentice history!
Could we see the first double firing of the series so far?
