Joel Dommett can’t stop shaking and is petrified as he faces his fears and climbs a giant crane in the latest Bushtucker trial
WHEN he went into camp Joel Dommett told the nation he was terrified of heights… so of course the British public voted for him to do The Great Ascent Bushtucker Trial.
On tonight’s I’m a Celebrity the acrophobic star faces his fears and climbs a giant crane to win meals for the camp.
The 30-year-old comedian looked petrified as he climbed up the tall scaffolding.
He also kept talking to himself reassuringly, saying: “Its absolute fine Joel, it’s absolutely fine.
“You’re just chilling.”
He then got very scared and said: “Oh god it’s swaying.”
He was visibly trembling throughout the challenge and even said to himself at one point: “Joel stop shaking”, as he reached out to grab a much-needed stars.
Meanwhile, Scarlett Moffatt and Larry Lamb were ruled out this latest trial.
On last night’s show, Ant and Dec announced that the next challenge would involve a celebrity climbing up some tall scaffolding to retrieve stars.
Ant ominously said in the voiceover that if "you don't like heights, you're in for some frights".
After the clip played, Ant and Dec "oohed" and said that it was a "big one".
Scarlett has already taken part in the dreaded eating challenge with Carol Vorderman, eating an anus, nipples and other interesting 'foods'.
