Christine McGuinness reveals heartbreaking reason why she’s still living with Paddy despite split

CHRISTINE McGuinness has revealed the heartbreaking reason she's still living with ex Paddy.

The former couple shocked fans when they announced their split in July last year after 15 years together.

But Christine, 35, and 49-year-old Paddy have remained living together for the sake of their three children, twins Leo and Penelope, nine, and Felicity, seven.

Now she's shared another reason for their unusual situation.

Christine said: "I've known Paddy for 15 years so I don't know life without him.

"I like slow changes, and we're alright - we're family."

But Christine insisted she will eventually move on, telling new! magazine: "It's certainly not a long-term or forever plan."

Presenter Paddy recently opened up about working away and admitted it's hard to be away from Christine and the kids.

He told The Sun's TV Mag: "Always, even back in the day with Take Me Out, I’ve always had a sort of rule what I stick by where I never do more than nine days anywhere because I just like being at home.

"I think naturally you get homesick."
