I’M A Celebrity’s Adam Thomas screamed and howled in terror as he attempted a spider trial.

The Emmerdale actor was clearly petrified as he and Joel Dommett took part in a challenge in a lodge infested with critters.

Spiders were there to distract the pair from completing their Morse Code challenge – but Adam couldn’t help scream and cry during the challenge.

Jordan Banjo and Wayne Bridge, who were sending signals for the words, were baffled by the sounds being made.

Jordan remarked that he had “no idea what was going on”.

The actor, who clearly suffers from arachnophobia, was embarrassed afterwards and admitted that after that night he was a “broken man” and “a bit of a mess”.

He also admitted to Larry that he “cried” during the challenge.

But father figure Larry comforted him by saying: “You’ll be a bigger man for it.”

Wise words, Larry.
