Love Island’s Jake Cornish in shock career move that could deliver him global fame
JAKE Cornish has revealed a shock career move that could see him dwarfing his former co-stars in the fame department.
He starred in the 2021 series of Love Island and quit the villa with Liberty Poole - despite the fact she dumped him on the show.
Now Jake, 24, has confirmed he's appearing in an upcoming movie and has got his eye on pursuing acting further.
Sharing a snap of him in character for Mr Hyde: The Untold Story, Jake told fans: "Meet DI Jacobs 👨🏻💼.
"Over the moon to announce that I am playing such a big role in the new @mrhyde_2022 untold story film ��.
"Who knows ? New change of career 👀😆.

"I’ve always wanted to be involved in films and here we are. An actor 😆 I can’t wait to get started on filming 🎥🎬."
Jake's been keeping busy since leaving the villa and last year he announced he was running high-energy aerobics classes in his home county of Somerset.
He previously opened up about his split from Liberty, insisting she broke his heart when she called it off in the villa.
Jake told The Sun: "I only had one girlfriend before her, my childhood sweetheart. I’d never been dumped and it hurt.

"One minute we were planning a holiday together and arranging to meet each other’s families, the next it was over.
“I was devastated, I couldn’t think straight. My family was asking how my mental health was.
"Something made her decide that we weren’t right for each other and I had to take it on the chin.”
