I’m A Celebrity star Sam Quek in battle with her family over stint in the jungle as sister fears the show may ‘damage’ her reputation
OLYMPIAN Sam Quek's sister has spoken of her fear that the I'm A Celebrity jungle experience may damage her reputation.
The sports star is said to have been worried about how she would be viewed by fans of the ITV reality show.
Her sister told the : "We're not bothered if she wins.
"What we're bothered about is whether she's damaged by the experience - which of course we worry about."
She added: "Sam was nervous about going in, and she was a bit worried about what people might say - that she might get categorised as nothing more than a swimwear model."
Sam, 28, was part of the history-making side that beat Holland to bag the gold at the Rio Olympics.

She follows in the footsteps of fellow sports stars Fatima Whitbread and Rebecca Adlington as she attempts to make her mark in the I'm A Celebrity camp.
So far, viewers have seen her jump out of a helicopter, take part in the first Bushtucker trial - and take a shower in the jungle waterfall.
The Olympian showed off her toned tum in a white bikini, echoing singer Myleene Klass' infamous shower scene in the show's series in 2006.
