Sharing the throwback snaps of her BAFTA dress with her 244,000 followers, the Radio One host detailed the styling team responsible for her incredible look.
Vick, 33, looked stunning in the blue dress she wore for the 76th British Academy Film and Television Awards by bridal designer chosenbykyha.
The bodice style dress in cobalt blue was intricately covered in tiny beads in flattering lines to accentuate Vick's incredible figure.
The TV presenter was quickly inundated with compliments from her celebrity friends, fans and admirers.
