CINDY Crawford has put her Malibu beach house complete with tennis courts, fire pits and a private BEACH up for sale - and it will take a supermodel-style pay cheque of £48million to have a slice of her lifestyle.
The catwalk star is bidding farewell to the plush seaside retreat which she owns with husband Rande Gerber.
Though it's VERY hard to see why she'd want to part ways with the lavish two-story home, which the pair reportedly bought for around £40 million a year ago.
The one-of-a-kind beach compound gives the clothes horse the privacy she craves, set at the end of a long, winding private driveway and in the middle of three acres of lovingly tended-to land.
But that's nothing compared to its whopping private beach, where buyers can top up a runway-ready glow in peace.
There's been no expense spared on a complete renovation of the four-bedroom, five bathroom pad, so those lucky enough to live there won't have to fork out any extra.
The main floor features a main room with floor to ceiling glass doors looking out onto the deep blue sea.
There's a seaside-themed lounge area filled with comfy sofas to chill out and relax, while those eager to show off their swanky home to their pals can make the most of a vast entertaining space.

Cindy and Rande have been married for more than 18 years but decided only to spend one taking holidays to their Malibu home before putting up the for sale sign.
If reports are correct, and the couple get their asking price, it could see them bag a tidy £8million profit.
