I’m A Celebrity stars share bikini body secrets as they reveal flawless figures in the jungle
THE I'm A Celebrity jungle shower has become nearly as famous as the terrifying Bushtucker Trials facing an unlucky bunch of stars each year.
And this time round, former Googlebox star Scarlett Moffatt, much-loved TV presenter Carol Vorderman, professional dancer Ola Jordan and Olympian Sam Quek are stealing the show with some skimpy swimwear.
As fans rush online to gush over the jungle beauties, they have all revealed their secrets to getting those jaw-dropping figures.
From Scarlett's recent dramatic weight loss, to 55-year-old Carol looking ageless and more incredible than ever, they've all followed strict routines to keep in shape.
Here we look at their top secrets:
Ola Jordan
Ola, 34, has shot to fame on Strictly Come Dancing thanks to her fast-paced dance moves and routines.
And the star has worked hard for her figure.
Speaking about her marriage to hubby James previously, she revealed: "Even at the end of every day we go to the gym together and work out."
But the size eight professional dancer has admitted she's not perfect, and admitted in 2010: "I've never been overweight and I feel comfortable at the weight I am, but I always think I can be more toned.
"I can't eat whatever I want just because of all the exercise I do. I have a big appetite and can eat for England."
She even told Closer mag: "Fake tan makes everything look better, and we get sprayed every week before the show, which helps."
It was previously claimed Ola weighs around 54kg, but has never confirmed the figure in public.
Carol Vorderman
Former Countdown host Carol, 55, is known for her healthy lifestyle, and even previously released her own weight loss book named Eat Yourself Clever.
After putting on half a stone last year, she told the Express: "I've probably put on about half a stone. So I'm a bit heavier than I want to be at the moment. I don't vary much, but my range is about 10 pounds. I'm at the upper end of it. So that's going to go."
She added of her weight loss secrets: "I like to walk seven miles a day."
She went on: "I still eat the same sort of stuff and I was happy doing seven miles a day. It's amazing, because I live in quite a big house, how many steps you can get in just bounding around the house."
It's been previously reported that Carol weighs around 55kg, but it's yet to be confirmed.#
Scarlett Moffatt
Scarlett, 25, has shocked fans as she recently lost an amazing three stone four pounds in weight.
According to the telly star, she's followed a healthy diet with a decent amount of exercise, particularly interval training.
She recently told New magazine: "I've just started exercising quite a bit actually. I’d say I do HIT [High Intensity Training] about three times a week."
Scarlett is also being helped down the gym by her new boyfriend, Luke Crodden.
She added: "My boyfriend is super-fit so it's quite good having him on side because he’s quite motivated. I've got no excuse now!"
And the TV star recently opened up about her bullying torment when she was younger, and how she overcame it.
Scarlett, 26, said: “I think it was the monobrow, and teeth that could chew an apple through a letterbox.
“I was really ugly, I was really weird and I believed in aliens.
“Even as a kid when I was 11 or 12, I wasn’t like the other kids in the school – I still wore my hair in pigtails. No wonder I got picked on.”
She added: “Being bullied made me realise that people will like you or not like you anyway, so you might as well be yourself and say exactly what you think.”
Scarlett broke down as she weighed herself in November, revealing she came out at 11st 4lb, but has since shed the impressive three stone.

Lisa Snowdon
TV presenter Lisa, 44, sent pulses racing when she stripped down for a jungle shower on her first morning in camp - and she previously revealed how she stays in shape.
Asked in an interview in 2015 if she diets, Lisa responded: "Not for weight-loss purposes, but I am lactose intolerant and I’ve also cut wheat and gluten from my diet."

It's been previously claimed the star weighs around 68kg, but she's yet to confirm the reports.
Sam Quek
According to her official Rio profile, she weighs an impressive 62kg.
However, the star previously revealed the moment she hit a block in the road, when she broke two of her ribs after captaining the team for the Europeans Champions Trophy in 2014.
“I came back in the following February, but I was not as strong or as fit,” she previously told the Guardian.
“I was playing for a good two months before the selection for the Rio qualifying tournament and I didn’t even make it into the friendly matches before. I was available but didn’t make it."
Sheer determination helped her back to full fitness however, and showing off her figure in the jungle, the results are evident.
