Fans claim they've spotted a clue the 43-year-old attempted to reshape her body.

The star recently jetted to Turkey to go under the knife for her 16th breast operation.

Posing in a pink baggy shirt with patterned trousers, Katie wrote: "Early start time today💕 outfit @jyylondon.

"So happy spring is around the corner now."

Katie is stood in front of a wooden door as she leaned on a table next to a picture of her and son Harvey.
