I’m the biggest I’ve ever been at 13 stone but I’ll be a size eight by next year, reveals Kerry Katona
KERRY Katona has revealed she is the biggest she has ever been, after weighing in at 13 stone.
The 42-year-old is on a new diet and exercise plan after gaining two-and-a-half stone and recently being diagnosed with Lipidemia.
But the star has now vowed to be a size eight again by next year.
Speaking in her , Kerry said: "I’ve started following the Francis Diet, created by fitness coach Scott Francis who is an absolute genius.
"And it’s all down to my friend Carla. When I first met her three years ago she was 14st and now she’s 8st 7lb.
"She looks amazing. I’m currently 13st, the biggest I’ve ever been, so I want to change that.

"With this diet, you’re responsible for your own actions, so I’ve been prepping all my food."
Kerry added: "I’ve also been doing home workouts, which are great for when you have lots on.
"The results he’s achieved with people are incredible and I have every faith in what he does. So, hopefully, this time next year, I’ll be back to a size eight."
Meanwhile, Kerry has been keeping her fans up to date with her progress on Instagram.

Last Monday Kerry revealed the devastating health diagnosis that has left her with "fatty lumps" all over her body.
The star took to social media to reveal that she has Lipoedema and explained what has happened.
