Roxy, 31, explained: “Shout out to all my T1 family.

“Can’t seem to get my glucose levels down today…Here’s me doing one of the few correction doses.

“We don’t always get it right, some days are harder than others but that’s okay.”

Roxy, who was diagnosed with Diabetes in 2021 after collapsing backstage at The Brit Awards, added: “I’m smiling because whilst my diabetes is giving me a physical headache and making me feel sick today, I still have so much to be grateful for.”

Roxy was taken to hospital following the incident at London’s O2 arena in 2021, where Jack had been hosting the ceremony.

“We found out she had diabetes the night I was hosting the Brits.

“She had something called a diabetic hypo and she fainted.

"Paramedics were trying to resuscitate her and her sugar levels were spiking dangerously.

“We ended up in A&E on the night of the Brits, which definitely made for a slightly different vibe of an after-party.

“The year before I was hobnobbing with Stormzy and Sir Elton John and this time I was sitting in the emergency room of an A&E unit sat next to a Scottish gentleman who smelled of Special Brew.”

Jack made light of the incident and admitted he had joked with Roxy that her reaction had been caused by seeing superstar Harry Styles at the star-studded bash.

Speaking on stage on Wednesday night in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, Jack joked: “The Brits is obviously the worst place to have a medical emergency as the only doctor in the house was Dre.

“To be fair I was experiencing quite a lot of the symptoms of a diabetic hypo while I was watching Harry as well.”

Prior to her diagnosis in May 2021 Roxy said she had felt “tired and exhausted all the time”.

She said: “I had no energy. I couldn’t even go for a walk. It was draining. I felt like I was dying. I was drinking four to eight litres of water a day.”

She has since gone on to raise awareness of diabetes. And she praised Jack and thanked him for supporting her.

Roxy, who has been with Jack for three years, said: “Jack’s been my absolute rock, he’s so lovely.

"He was there when I got diagnosed. My parents and my family live in Australia, so he has been my family. We’re amazing.”
