Kim Kardashian warned she could ‘bleed to death’ if she ever gets pregnant again
Kim and her husband Kanye West are parents to North and Saint
KIM Kardashian would love to expand her family with husband Kanye West but the reality star has been warned she could "bleed to death" if she falls pregnant for a third time.
The celebrity couple are already parents for North, three, and 11-month-old Saint but they both wanted to have another child.
Kim suffered complications during both of her pregnancies and her gynaecologist Paul Crane told her it "wouldn't be safe" for her to get pregnant again.
Speaking on the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which aired on Sunday night, Kim said: "Lately I've been thinking I would love to maybe have another baby.
"But like I had two really difficult pregnancies and really difficult deliveries so getting pregnant again it's something that does concern me."
Unfortunately, Doctor Crane warned her against it and said there is a "potential fear" for her after she suffered from toxaemia - toxins in the blood from infection - and had to "very traumatic" labours with North and saint.
He warned she could suffer from even more complications if she decided to get pregnant again.
He said: "Here's what I think, your pregnancies, you had toxaemia, you had a retained placenta, very traumatic, we're always worried about the next serious complication. I think the potential fear of the whole situation is legitimate.

"You never know that you might not have the same type of problem that might be more serious this time. "You're always taking a little bit of a chance. There are situations where retained placenta could be life and death."
Her mother Kris, 61, then said: "You could bleed to death".
Kim, 36, then decided to visit a fertility specialist called Doctor Huang to look at the possibility of a gestational surrogate.
However, Kim has admitted she's worried about using a surrogate in case she doesn't love the baby as much as her other two children.
But she did say she could keep it a 'secret' if she did decide to go ahead with a surrogacy.
Kim said: "Nobody has to know. I think my biggest fear is that if I had a surrogate, I just don't know like, would I love them the same?
"That's the main thing that I keep on thinking about, that scares me."
